Everyone is welcome; if you have built a site in Drupal, you can contribute. We will split into pairs or small groups and work on Drupal core issues. Bring your laptop if you can. If you don't have a laptop, that's fine! You can pair up with someone who does. Snacks and extra power bars/extension cords are good to bring as well.

I am trying to create rules for emails to be sent when new content is added across a multi-domain environment.
Unfortunately, at the moment, it seems to only email the people associated with the site where the content is created. It does not send emails to those subscribers on other sites where the content is published.
What I have right now:
