Hi,
I'm Carlos Rincón from Neurotic, a web design company. Recently we have signed up for Organizational membership but we don't like the official badges so we have created a new ones with the help of one of own designers, Fernando Bernal.
We want to donate the logos to the Drupal association but we don't know the steps required to do this.
You can see and download our Drupal association logos from our web.
By the way, how could we get listed in Directory of organization memberships?

Thanks Carlos for posting these. Please contact the association via their contact page (if you haven´t already) and perhaps include links to the files here.
I am not sure what the proces might be to make these "official" (if there is any) or even if the Association is looking for additional logos now.

Finally we are in the
Finally we are in the directory thanks to the association people.
But it seems that the association only wants an official logo and won't used our logos. All the effort and our willing to contribute for nothing. I don't understand it.
¿What do you think about it?

It's definitely not for nothing. It is appreciated by lots of people and it sparked some discussion in the Association about the idea of having a new set logos each year.
When you've taken some time to create something and contribute it back and then you don't get the response you expected it can be hard to accept. However, that is the way of Open Source and community projects - it often takes many revisions to a contribution before it is accepted. In this case, the Association is not looking for any new logos and so your contribution of logos, while nice, is not well timed for us to take advantage of it.
