Hi,
We require a specific feature of creating print magazine archives on the lines of - http://www.openthemagazine.com/table-of-contents/grid_view ; with a click to see a TOC of that magazine. I could not locate this in the features listed on the website. Is this possible using OpenPublish?
We've been implementing online publishing websites using Drupal; and are now looking to adopt OpenPublish to reduce the cost of website implementation for smaller print magazines originating in India.
Thanks,

No such functionality out of the box yet
Hi Rahul,
We have our website build on OpenPublish 2.2 and I was just checking today if someone added kind of "magazine archives" functionality that we needed for our 1st issue/number/edition of the journal. I think Irakli could help with getting some more info on the subject.
As for now there is no such functionality out of the box. There is no issue/number/TOC type of content. Articles may be tagged with taxonomy by issue, but then you want to add front cover image and have articles in certain order and maybe with sections/departments/columns breakdown (it will require to set order for sections e.g. 1-Editorial, 2-News,...; then to set order for articles). You also have subsections as I can see on your website. So what I'm thinking right at this moment, while typing reply, it wouldn't be so easy to implement this functionality, at least for me :).
As I don't have time, for now I'll build TOCs manually as simple HTML pages and also will add page for the archive of issues.

If what you have already on your website is done in Drupal it should be not that hard for knowledgeable drupalist to move it to the OpenPublish. In case you will decide to implement magazine archives functionality please don't forget to share it here so everyone else could use this highly desirable feature.
Added later: This is one of the possible ways to implement it using views:
