Please contact me directly with any related real estate sites or map intensive sites you have completed in Drupal.
I am looking for fairly advanced functionality- something beyond drupalrealestate.com or other "theme" packages.
I need an advanced developer, not someone on their 3rd or 4th site.
No IDX integration needed.
Thanks!

movemaine, you will probably
movemaine, you will probably have better luck posting this as a job instead of a discussion. Then it will be posted to the "Jobs" area of this site, where developers looking for jobs will look first. In the menu at the top of the right column, click the "Create Job" link.

I'd be interested in a list of requirments
I'm looking at putting together a Drupal distribution which would allow an advanced real estate site to be built with relative ease, and would be totally open with pricing options for deployment & customisation.
So I would be really keen to see what sort of requirements you'd like to have ;)
I will try and list them all
Listing Page:
large main image with thumbnail gallery (a jquery gallery like galleria)
tabbed interface for property details - Description, features, etc.
Separate tabbed interface for google map, streetview, walkscore
Seller photo, contact info, logo, with a link to view all of seller's listings
Allow seller to choose color/layout to match their company's color scheme.
List of listings (through search, seller's listings page):
map with all entries
standard layout loop - thumbnail, address, title, excerpt, price
sort by price
Search function -
search by feature, search by location (state/town list, or by map), search by price
I have an actual list/layout I created somewhere. But essentially, it needs to operate like the script EZ Realty for Joomla.
RE Site
I've developed several RE based sites over the years in PERL, PHP, SMARTY, etc. and have most recently become a Drupal fanatic. Feel free to contact me to begin a discussion on development of RE sites. I'm working on one right now, but it's pretty low-key. I'd love to have a crack at a big one.
