It hosted one of the sites I made, a D6. I also tried installing D6 in a sub-directory in another, it went through smoothly. Client support is prompt especially to newbies in website building, like me. You can inquire if their hosting service supports D7.
Btw, don't fail to try-out Drupal Gardens. It hosts D7. c",?

Garden Reminder
I had forgotten all about the Drupal Gardens. Saw it a while back but had forgotten about it. You can't beat free to get started out. And they say you can export it all at any time and take it wherever you want to host it.

Drupal Gardens is a great
Drupal Gardens is a great place to learn the basics of Drupal 7, some things to keep in mind is that they do not have any sort of store suppot(you can post about products, but not actually sell them on the site from what I can see(one of the reasons i am putting together my service)). Also if you dont like the feature or module selection, then your stuck with only exporting your site.
My services will be doing a full launch on the 15th of May, I will be offering similar service pricing to Gardens, and will also provide support / tiered features/themes so that you can pick and choose ala carte what you need to get your site/store running.

I've been using a shared hosting package from them to learn Drupal basics.

x10Hosting is the best to host a site. They offer free hosting which is really good with Drupal 7. It's the host I used make my web. They have paid hosting from individual to enterprise. So feel free to try and/or pay for a hosting! It is better than the other hosting here in the Philippines. Well, I've tried some paid hosting here in the PH.
