Okay I think you can fix this with a Drupal break.

Put  immediately before <div style="float: right; padding: 0.8em"> or immediately after
<a href="http://www.packtpub.com/article/overall-open-source-cms-award-final-drupal"><img src="http://www.packtpub.com/files/images/vote-for-drupal.png"></a></div>
