Are there any commercial themes for open publish? Has anyone used them? Is it even required or one can/should start with vanilla open publish

I believe that you can start
I believe that you can start with the one that comes with the profile. Either vanilla or enhance it your choice.
Of course if you don't make any changes you look like everyone else.
Don't know about commercial one though, you cold could always get a custom one.
