Is there any work being done to upgrade to Drupal 7? Any indications about when that might happen?
I have a project coming up that is based on OpenPublish but which needs to be moved to Drupal 7, so I may end up just rebuilding the relevant parts if there isn't anything happening here or perhaps we can integrate with these efforts if they are in place.

I have an OP 2.3 project pending and would much rather launch with Drupal 7. I'd love to hear from the Phase2 guys on this issue as well. You can find more information in this post:

Unfortunately, Irakli, who worked extensively with OpenPublish, has left Phase2. I'd love to know who the new project lead is for OpenPublish3.

OpenPublish on Drupal 7, expected for summer 2011
A few months ago, they were expecting to release OpenPublish 3.0, built on Drupal 7, in late Summer, 2011, and a previous alpha maybe in July. See Sneak Preview: Get Ready for a New OpenPublish.
