I did a presentation at Drupalcon about Aegir, which included how to install it, what the requirements are and guide
through the user interface.

I just watched the DrupalCon presentation that is on Archive.org and I have to say that I am impressed. Lots of good information and I like the way that you seem to be structuring the system. Unfortunately you did mention that Aegir and server management tools like CPanel & Plesk don't play well together, and I am currently running Plesk on my box. But with the power Aegir has/has coming, I can see(in the not distant future) dedicating a VPS to running Drupal sites and using Aegir to manage it. Since I am starting to try and do my sites on Drupal 6(can't always), I'm looking forward to you D6 support.
