Tomorrow's meeting is specifically to launch our site. Andrew and David Ambrose are spearheading that and we have to launch at all costs :)
Below are a few items. We need a volunteer to put together a spreadsheet of our needs vs. HOC inventory and the costs for linens and the extra table rentals in a Google Docs spreadsheet. We can discuss finer points tomorrow night. Attached are preliminary floorplans sent to HOC, will need to ammend when closer to the date.
LeStat's on Adam's Avenue -- Mostly a sprint, general business only as needed.

I regret that I am unable to attend the meeting this evening. I will be back online after 9:30pm.
I posted a draft sponsor & volunteer invitation message as an unpublished article. It's written so that it can be used in an email blast.
I posted a sponsor benefits table a few days ago, Zakiya reviewed it and inserted it on the sponsor page.
I added a brief SANDcamp introduction which might be useful on the front page or elsewhere.
