Google Summer of Code 2009 documents have been updated!

The "HOWTO" and "General Requirements" documents have been posted on the group page for Google Summer of Code 2009.

We are preparing the announcement for the Google Summer of Code 2009. We are in the process of pulling together the application for Drupal's participation as well as creating the official announcement. But before we start doing outreach, we encourage people to look over the HOWTO and the General Requirements documents to see if something is missing, or add something they think is important
