The (central) Florida Drupal Users Group has a meetup yesterday at MindComet in Altamonte Springs. About 10 people were present, including several new faces that attended DrupalCamp 2 weeks ago.

We had a brief discussion about having remote speakers at future meetups as well as live streaming of future meetups. Nothing concrete was decided on, but everyone seemed interested in pursuing both ideas.

Idea for future talk
Here's one idea that I'm willing to present:
* Optimizing Drupal - optimizations & modules to help make your Drupal install work faster.
FYI I will not be able to make the next meeting, the 3rd Saturday of March is our 2nd child's birthday party.

Wish I coulda been there! I'm using Ubercart for a client too, and I could've used some pointers.
For a future talk, I'd like to dive into upgrading a Drupal installation. I don't think we've ever talked about that (at least I wasn't there?), and I know some people like me are still using Drupal 5.
Just a thought. Hope to see you guys next meet-up!

Ubercart Affiliate Module integration and shipping configuration
I use Ubercart for a client and I also would like more info on multi-currencies, international payment gateway switches (i.e. if the user is in the Dutch language they see a different payment gateway), and complex shipping configurations, for among other things, International shipping (i.e. if the user is in Dutch language they see different shipping options), etc.
The same client wants to track conversions from Adwords and Affiliate links, and we've tried to set-up uc-affiliate 2 but had problems getting the links it generates to work. I'd think Affiliate tracking would be an important aspect of UC since currently affiliate programs are typically VERY costly.
I also would like to learn more about upgrading Drupal.

If you would like to switch payment gateways depending on language, maybe check the Ubercart support forums or issue queues. Unless they know people want to accomplish this, they can't give support for it!
