Installing OP no-care in Drupal 7.14?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Can someone please tell me how I install the OP no-core in a new installation of Drupal 7.14? The openpublish-7.x-1.0-alpha8-core seems to come with Drupal 7.12...

Or, which is the easiest to do installing the OP core and then upgrade to Drupal 7.14?

I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

You should be familiar with drush :http://drupal.org/project/drush

then
drush make build-openpublish.make

drush, will download all contributed modules, themes, e.tc. needed...

Thanks so much. I've been using drush for quite some time but I never tried the drush make feature. Does it work for all install profiles/distributions?

I have to say also that i am not familiar enough with drush, but i am just trying...

@Alan0 Yes, as far as i know if there is a make file, drush is doing all the magic.
