Request to take over the Croatia group

Hi!

I'm willing to take over, reorganize and take care of the Croatia group.

Everything is explained (following to GDO guidelines) in http://groups.drupal.org/node/234893 post.

progfrog was so fast that he already reached ezra-g through his GDO contact form, but, according to policy, here is the official request. ;)
