This is the site that I've been trying to finish for well too long, my own personal portfolio. While not an overly complicated site, every little detail had to be just right before I could confidently launch the site.

The theme is a custom built Zen sub-theme using Textimage integration and CSS to deliver a clean, minimalist, typographical style website, something that I always wanted to do and something that specifically pushed me into to taking over maintainership of the Textimage module in the first place.
The backend is pretty much your usual Drupal 6 configuration (CCK, Views, ImageCache), but there is also a custom developed module for site specific functionality; defining views and blocks, creating better integration of Textimage with Blocks to allow specific Textimage presets to be used as block titles (something that I fully intend to implement in Textimage in the future), custom image transformation paths for cleaner looking shadowbox/imagecache/imagecrop paths, aggregation of D.o. data for the module pages, and much more.
The logo is also another example of integration with Textimage, using a two part Textimage tied directly into the themes template.php file, allowing the cliche 'beta 1' label can be swapped out with the simple change of a custom variable.
Future plans at this stage include the merger of my personal blog into the site, allowing for posts regarding my modules to be accessible via my module pages.
I would be more than happy to share any of my knowledge gained from this experience with anyone who asks.
Feedback is welcome, as is respectful criticism.

Superb work!
Well done, Stuart! I don't think I'd ever heard of the Textimage module until now, so I'll have to have a look. You've given me that extra bit of inspiration to push myself to re-do my own site. After three years, it needs more than a new coat of paint.

Good work Stuart. You might want to check out http://drupal.org/project/signwriter too :-)

Thanks Justin,
I am aware of signwriter, but given all the work I've personally put into textimage (being the active maintainer and all), signwriter wouldn't come close to being able to achieve a result like this. As far as I know, it has issues with anti-aliasing and no support for rotation at all, and I say this trying to be as unbiased as possible.
Edit: Wow, I knew that name was familiar :) I still stand by what I said, and was trying to be as unbiased as possible. I'd still be interested in chatting with you at some stage about possibilities of a merger.
One word, distinct!
Hi Stuart
Your site is distinct and reflects your style and personality. Well done! I'm impressed with the typography styles. I'm glad to note that you have contributed quite a bit to Drupal. I didn't use any of the modules so far but would like to utilize them in my future projects.
Cheers
