I recently posted about how sad kitteh I am to see no action on this group.
Here are 10 quick/easy things we can do to change this:
1) Share PM articles to create a cool library of info
2) Share PM podcasts or videos to add interactive media to the mix
3) Ask our PM questions, like "Anyone know how to convince a client NOT to do fixed scope/fixed bid?"
4) Write articles about your PM experiences
5) Share your favorite PM tool & why
6) Ask if anyone has experience with "XYZ" methodology, tool or situation to start up a convo
7) Share an event you're interested in, see if anyone else is going
8) Share a lesson learned on your last retrospective
9) Share a problem you have that you want solved
10) Talk about what you want to see at drupalcons for PM content
Wow - that was easy. I literally spent about 1min thinking about this -- imagine if we ALL had 1min of brain storming devoted to making this group cool and full of information!
I have another thing to ask of you: Help me find more of you, so that I can help us do the following:
1) compile a list of of some PM's who are engaged (or complete it if one exists already!)
2) keep y'all in the loop about webinars & events I'm organizing
3) find out if anyone else is doing the same thing I am and wants to join forces
4) start doing awesome drupal PM-y stuff with you
Me like lists.
So, can has interested/engaged people? Pweeze?
-Shannon

Thanks to everyone who stood up and said "Don't you f***ing quit on me now, PM Group, HOLD ON!!". I could give you all mouth to mouth for chiming in, sharing, and declaring your support!
Now all we have to do, is keep it going. I'll be checking in from time to time, making sure cool stuff is still happening as much as I can.
