Last time we met for a “Summit” in Concord, we all agreed that another meetup sometime in the winter would be good to start firming up plans for another DrupalCampNH. AND, we always like to have an excuse to get together over for and beer to relax together.
So the time has come… I’m going to make arrangements with the Barley House in Concord, where we’ve met before, and I’d like to get some idea from all of you about when would be the best time.
Based on feedback from the Barley House, and at the recent Manchester meetup, these are the most likely dates.
Saturday, Feb. 2, 1-7pm
Saturday, Feb. 16, 1-7pm
Saturday, Feb. 23, 1-7pm
Saturday, March 2, 1-7pm
Please weigh in with your preferences—prioritized if you like—as soon as possible so I can lock down a date and post the event.
My own preference is Feb. 16… Not so soon that we can’t all plan for it, but still early enough to give us more options in planning for the DrupalCamp.

Saturday, Feb. 2 is already booked for the room. So it's just Feb, 16, 23, or March 2.
Just as well, I think, as the 2nd would be short notice for some people.

Reviewing the responses to the discussion on the dates for the summit, the votes come out exactly even between 2/16, 2/23, and 3/2. (2/2 isn't available any longer)
I think my inclination then is to go for the Feb. 23rd date, as the Manchester group will have just had it's regular meetup on the 14th, and that will also allow more time for people to signup, but not push it out so far that it starts to limit our timing for a camp.
Of course, I have to check at the Barley House to confirm that that date is still available. Assuming it is, I'll be posting an Event for signups later today or tomorrow.
I hope you'll all signup and help me get the word out to as many others so we can look forward to a good turnout.
