Hey y'all -
Really glad to see that LA now has it's own group. I was involved in the tail end of the discussion (w/ jpklein), and I'm unsure if the point that mikey_p brought up was talked about. Seems to almost make sense. If we take out all the LA and SD people (from the SoCal Group) who/what are we left with? Not sure if and/or what the proper procedures/protocol are for these types of things....

Uh, just me, I guess!
I'm in the So. Cal group but really I'm located in the desert on the way to Mammoth. I'm closer to Bakersfield than LA or San Diego geographically so, in reality, it's not likely I will be able to make meetings in either location. BUT...which group should I join if I could make meetings? Are there any others like me out in the hinterland? Maybe we could form the "desert tortoise" group...
