Multiple user IDs

Hello:

I created multiple user ids due to a slow internet connection that I was using. (truly sorry about that)

Is there a email contact for the administrator for Drupal.org that I can contact?

Reports like this are reported on Drupal.org, in the Drupal.org server administrators issue queue.

I did try to post it within the Drupal.org but no luck there.

Even I tried the contact page and still no luck.
