Support ticketing system vs CaseTracker

sorry if this question has been already asked, I did try to search/google it before.

I'd love to hear from drupal members who have used both systems, what system you choose in the end and why?

For the moment I can't decide because they both are so similar.

From my tests I liked Support ticketing system a bit more than CaseTracker, but STS status is seeking co-maintainer.

Maybe somebody could share their experience with these two systems?

It looks like CaseTracker is

It looks like CaseTracker is mostly used on D6 and has a downward trend in usage.
Where as Support ticketing system is mostly used on D7 and has an upward usage trend.
