• 17h45: Présentation sur les outils et stratégies pour importer et exporter des données dans CiviCRM
• 18h45: Discussions informelles.

La présentation sur l'importation et exportation des données a pour objectif d'aider à planifier une migration vers CiviCRM. C'est à dire pour aider à identifier les données à importer, comment les "nettoyer", importer, puis exporter vers d'autres systèmes durant une période de transition.

• 17h45: Presentation on the tools and strategies to import and export data in CiviCRM
• 18h45: Informal discussions.

The presentation on import/export of data aims to help users plan their migration to CiviCRM. In other words, to help identify what data to import, how to clean it before import, importing tools, and how to export to other systems during the transition period.
