Anonymous user not able to see to see the ad blocks

I'm probably missing something really obvious here, but I've uploaded my site to a live server and now my ad blocks are not visible to the anonymous user.

I've looked at the Context module settings and don't see how I can assign visibility to a block per user type, as I can with the regular blocks settings. The User Pages conditions shows different users, but does not offer an anonymous user option.
