Lynda.com and Lulubot are the two I go to most often. Also Geeksforgod has a great podcast.

Search iTunes for Drupal and there are a few good tips and trick podcasts.

They also have tons of free online videos, tutorials, podcasts, blogs, and are a great place to learn about Drupal.
