A little background: I'm with HopeOneSource, a non-profit, completely volunteer-based organization in DC that helps people experiencing homelessness connect to the vital, and often life-saving, services through a geolocated text-maessaging platform that they use to receive actionable and updated information about the What? When? Where? of the services they specifically need to help them get out of homelessness.
