Below is link to a sample Webform that was created using the Webform Conditional module that I started at the 2010 Florida Drupal Camp. I have added more functionality the last couple of days. Thanks for the help with it.

Excellent - is this all committed to the JA svn repository?

svn up'ed
I just commited this to SVN. I tested it with the one test form that Don had showed me: form/dlvtest1653
It works but that is a real simple one. Let me know if you need any help with it.

svn problems
Thanks. No, I am having problems logging into SVN. I have tried my webenabled username/password but it doesn't work.
I also just noticed that module has problems with I.E. using radio buttons. Works with dropdowns though. It has to do with the onchange event not firing for radio buttons in IE until then next time you click. I am looking into this.

Sweet!
That is some slick work. Man, watching you guys work on this stuff makes me realize how far I have to go. Glad we have events like the Camp to help out. Nice work Tedbow.
Thanks
Thanks for the encouragement. There is a dev version out on the project site. It should work fine if any body wants to try it out. Just want to do some more testing with before I make regular release.
Let me know if you run into any problems. I was having some problems with IE but I think that is solved.
