Recently the Drupal Association discontinued the program that manages money for camps and communities. At first this seemed like bad news, however, it brought us to Open Collective. Open Collective now does the same thing the Drupal Association did for us except now the funds are more visible to the community and we have some great tools for more easily collecting donations. The first thing added to our Open Collective account was the "Food Fund". Now, if you attend our lunch time meet ups, you can donate online instead of dropping cash in the donation cup.
