Happy near year, Drupalistas! I am looking to start a conversation about project management and Drupal projects. What are the best practices? How do people see the future of our role in the Drupal community? Are we interested in perhaps advocating for DrupalPM content at Drupal Cons - perhaps even a specific learning track? I’d love to hear thoughts on the topic.

PM Track
There used to be a whole PM track at DrupalCon and I really miss it! it was a great way to hear how other PMs do things.
As for best practices I think Drupal lends itself to agile practices. Of course that can be challenging if you are at an agency that does fixed bid projects.
I think there is always a place for us PMs but it is one of roles where you don’t really see the value unless there is not one. :-)
