About me :
Hi everyone! I'm Aishwarya.M.B, doing my final year B.E in India. I have been using drupal for the past 1 year. I've worked on Codeigniter PHP framework and I have written a library for Codeigniter for video embedding. This project was based on Drupal's Emfield module. I'm looking forward for an opportunity to contribute a lot for Drupal.
Overview :
I propose to create an Installation profile. The installation will ease and reveal the potential of drupal to build high profile E-Learning sites. I like to achieve it with existing modules. The list of modules and their use will be as follow.
Quiz
Gradebook
DruTex
Chart
Mathematics filter
Events and Calender
Organic groups
Mentor :
Difficulty : Medium

Three months?
Care to elaborate how this is going to take three months? Some sort of a roadmap, milestones etc.

I've been working on a Drupal installation profile for elearning for quite awhile now. I'd be happy to serve as a mentor for any education related project.
Of the ideas that are listed, I'd be most interested in helping out with integrating the Quiz, Gradebook, Drutex, and Events / Calendar. Organic Groups is already integrated with my install profile.

@kyle_mathews hi, thank you very much for your reply.... as i have less experience with the module development, i was not much sure about what all should be the various different processes that are to be done during the development of the installation profile.
So, i couldn't state about the time line. so your suggestions please....
Add to the install profile, not recreate one.
My suggestion is you help make my already existing installation profile better not create a new one. So choose a couple educational tools which don't exist and integrate it with Eduglu.

Learning Object Repository Scenario
Hi to everybody:),
I'm a noob and i just start working on my graduation thesis, which is about making a site for the Pedagogical ICT Licence is a training course introducing a European quality standard for the continued professional development of teachers in the pedagogical integration of information, media and communication technologies (ICT) in education..the site was 1st made with joomla and had a moodle e-learning part, now i should remake it more interactive with drupal but still the moodle e-learning part will stay. One of the things that the site has to have is this scenario:
2.1. a teacher for a certain quality can autocertificate him self or he can make a test to obtain it.
2.2. in any case it will be reference to him an appropriate studing material.
3.1. if the teacher did not pass the test, than he will get again an appropriate studing material in order to improve for the next time.
3.2. if he pass the test than he will gain a certificate.
I should make a Learning Object Repository for the documents, and define an ontology for the classification of those documents.
Any opinion and suggestion for building this kind of sistem it will be on help.
