Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is a little self promotion and off topic... but tomorrow, Saturday Mar 27th, 4:30pm at TEPCO Ginza 銀座館, we're giving a talk about User Innovations in Japan on CUUSOO.com.
Session is in English, I'll give a brief presentation on CUUSOO.com's history... then, I've lined up a couple of good friends and partners from TEDxTokyo and Startup Weekend Tokyo to talk about our future plans. It will be very inspirational!!
What has all this got to do with Drupal? Well, starting next week, I'll host weekly workshops with our partners to start developing the next CUUSOO platform on Drupal. So, if you're interested in this Drupal project, or if you are a designer or have designers friends, or a consumer not satisfied with the current product design / production methods... OR, ultimately, you wish to change people's behavior and create a better future!! Then please come and join us!

Hope to see you there,
Cheers!

That's on short notice, but
That's on short notice, but I'll try to join in. If I can join I might be able to contribute to your "crowdsourced interpretation"
EDIT: Unfortunately, I guess it will be for another time. Maybe if you can come to the April 10th meetup I would be interested in hearing about your project and how the event went.
Good luck with your presentation!
There's a meetup on April
There's a meetup on April 10th?!
I tell ya, I still can't "filter" the valuable contents from Japanese websites! Going back to the front page of this Japan group, I still don't see anything about meetups! :(
Still needs more time to learn... :P
Definitely, will share with all of you what's going on with our open platform then.
There no official event created I guess.
There no official event (content) created yet I guess...
The discussion went on around here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/52128
And the date was kind of fixed here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/52128#comment-147773
Not obvious... not related thread. I'll try to send a quick post to osonoi-san to see if the plan is still valid and try to have an official event post done.
Eager to hear about your project!
