hi shai - i imagine the biggest opportunity is the sprint day thursday - getting new people acquainted with the docs tasks and such. i have been super sick the last couple weeks and am pretty out of the loop as to what's going on (and i ended up having to delay my arrival, so just got in last night) but i imagine there's a proper doc sprint again then...

Glad you made it... and hope you are healed!
It's a much bigger commitment to stay Thursday. I'd like to pick up on some of the momentum from Dries' keynote today. There is a lot of good feeling, people want to help, but may need help on the way in, and may not be able to extend their trip a whole day.
Maybe I'll just post a BOF and if people come fine, if not, no biggy.
