Persistent login enabled... and jobs block trimmed

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I have enabled persistent login module. This adds a checkbox to our login form where you can choose to have drupal remember your password. let me know if anyone sees login glitches.

I also trimmed the Jobs block in each group so jobs created more than month ago disappear. Lastly, a few days ago I added a Jobs block to the homepage.

Version of Persistent login running here?

I get a white page and I have to press F5 to load g.d.o. during my first page view of the day here at g.d.o. and I suspect this is related to PL.

I'm also using PL somewhere else and had to fix several things, some of them are on the issue queue of PL.

I'm wondering if you had to apply any fix to PL, or which version is installed here. ¿?

FYI, I got the white page as

I've never seen a WPOD

I use multiple browsers, with multiple tabs, and have never seen a WPOD. More info needed please.

Browser, OS, time since last visit. Anything like that would help.

I've only got the WPOD a few

I've only got the WPOD a few times. They happened in a cluster a few weeks ago. I haven't seen it yet. Browser is Firefox 3.03 - OS Ubuntu 8.04 (at the time, I've upgrade since). I visit pretty much daily.

I still get white page errors when I use "remember me" option in login, then (after some time) I close the browser, and when I open it again and visit g.d.o.

Using the firefox developer plugin to get the response header, it shows that's a 500 http error:

Pressing F5 does not help. I have to press Ctrl+F5, and then the home page loads, and I can see I'm not logged in.
