The CKEditor does not show up on my blocks page. Is there a way to have CKEditor available in the "Block Body" of the Add Blocks page?

Go to admin/settings/ckeditor/editg
Then edit the Visibility settings and remove admin/*
Just to be on the safe side, this setting enables ckeditor on ALL admin/* pages

Enable CKEditor to show up on my CorporateClean theme blocks.
This path "/admin/settings/ckeditor/editg" doesn't now exist in Drupal 7.39.
Can someone confirm where I can I enable CKEditor, so that it will show up on my Theme (CorporateClean) blocks page as I need to enable anchor links to areas of some pages.

not showing in edit page
I am new in drupal and using ckeditor
it showing ok in pages and story
but showing in edit page under menu
CKEditor: the ID for excluding or including this element is page@node/11/edit.edit-body.I tried the following in visibility section with include option
page@node/3/edit.edit-bodypage@node/* /edit.edit-body

/edit.edit-body

blog@ *.edit-body
Note : There is no space with *
Any body can help me, where am wrong
