Our default input filter does not allow <br />

I just realized that our default input filter does not allow users to paste text with <br /> tags in it because they get filtered out. Of course, the <br> tag is allowed, but wouldn't it be better to let our users have access to both methods?

actually, it won't save. this might be a core bug.

FYI, i re-enabled codefilter module since it is now compatible with 5.6
