...should be there right? Or is this a smaller, more specific group of people that should be attending? I forgot to ask at the last meeting.

Hi Fei,

This meeting is geared primarily towards sorting out the camp schedule and determining which sessions get approved. Your welcome to come and add your voice to that conversation if you like. There will be volunteers needed for work with the session rooms, but I suspect we can work out the details for that on Wednesday if need be.
