Focus
The first day of our sprint is solely focused on issues that are blocking a stable 7.x-1.0 release of the media module. Most of these issues need to be fixed in 7.x-2.x first and then back-ported to 7.x-1.0. The current list is at http://lb.cm/media-1x-blockers.
Goals
- Get coordinated and rolling
- To be able to roll a 7.x-1.0-rc1 release at the end of sprinting today.
Agenda
- Introductions
- Make sure everyone is on same page with using issue queues
- Discuss how to coordinate with IRC and virtual sprinters
- Discuss forming a Media contrib initative
- Sprint on issues: http://lb.cm/media-1x-blockers
- Provide an overall roadmap for the module and both 1.x and 2.x branches
