Task assignment
Not sure if this is an issue, because I can't figure out what the intended behavior is. I have created an organization, created people and assigned them to that organization, and am now creating tasks for that organization. My assumption was that I would be able to assign tasks to people within the organization, but when I create a new task on a project for the organization, I don't see any of the people in the organization on the Assign To list. Why not?

Is it possible with storm to automatically create Tickets when a customer sends a mail to support@domain.tld?
If yes, how?

Trying to specify a "Display date Format" in the Storm Contrib Settings and the drop down menu for this setting and the one for "System Date Format" are empty.

On any of the Storm subpages I am getting this warning or a similar permutation:
warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are required to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function.
I've added my timezone to my php.ini file. That didn't fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

Sub Menus Under Organizaions and People
I am a total newb at this so excuse me if is a stupid question. I have created the sub menus under Organizations called Businesses and Residential. But what I want to be able to do is be able to create a new organization under one of the sub menus. That way when I select the sub menu Businesses I only see a list of business clients and when I select Residential I only see residential clients.

Sorry, I was reading several of the conversations and posted this accidentally as a reply to a different question. I would welcome the input of the group.
Can anyone tell me how Storm conceives of the function of this field in a default Storm install? Does this field intend to capture the date a task or project was due? Or, does it intend to capture the date a task or project was actually completed?
If it captures the date a project was due, does storm then "watch" and time-stamp when we select a task/project's "Status" field and label it as "Completed."

I run a repair service and we have to charge sales tax based on the location the work was done. The state gets a percentage, the county gets a percentage, and the city (if applicable) gets a percentage.
I have created the fields on the invoice content type to store the state, county, and city.
What is the best way to add percentage values to each of the counties and cities we work in and what is the best way to have the invoice automatically add up the percentages and charge the correct tax on the invoice?
