This group is not intended to become a support group. We are here to find newer and better ways for a clean, complete integration of Drupal and vBulletin. Of course a little code talk never hurt anyone though!

This group is a meeting, discussion and collaboration space for all interested in using Drupal in the academia and research environments. Drupal is an excellent platform for running sites of departments, associations, centers, research projects, conferences, ejournals, or even entire universities.

The 2006, with the explosions of huge video based community websites such as Youtube, has shown how video contents are becoming one of the most direct and cool to use web communication approach.

Drupal, as a leading open source content management platform, absolutely needs a good and globally accepted video content approach.

This group aims to get ideas and coordinating efforts between the different people involved in the video content development. The goal is to provide drupal with an easy, powerful and extensible support for videos.

The Zen theme aims to be the ultimate standards-compliant starting theme for Drupal. The name is an homage to the CSS Zen Garden and its aim to completely redefine the look of a site purely through CSS.

This group seeks to solidify the Zen theme to make sure that it is truly pliable, flexible, and adaptable. We will also discuss and implement improvements and future directions for this theme framework and for Drupal theming in general.

The goal of the Zend Framework is to "Provide a repository of high quality components that are actively supported." The ability to use these components within Drupal will accelerate adoption of many developing standards without reinventing the wheel.

However with this framework comes a higher entry requirements than Drupal in that "These components must be written entirely in PHP 5 and E_STRICT compliant." ... and the licensing of the Zend Framework is the new BSD.

A group to discuss about PDF generation issues, use cases and development.

Lucene is a fabulous indexer, Nutch is a superb web crawler, and Solr can tie them together and offer world class searching. This group discusses the various projects and efforts being made to integrate these technologies with Drupal.

This group is for people using Ubuntu for developing Drupal core or contributed modules and themes, and also for people using the Ubuntu LAMP stack as a server for Drupal.
