Hi Everyone,

I published a RETS/IDX MLS feed module to Drupal last night, you can get it here: http://drupal.org/project/mls

Be forewarned - this is in ALPHA, meaning I wouldn't recommend it for production systems. I have been testing it for my own purposes, and am still not 100% convinced to make it live for my client - but it's very close. The module is admittedly clunky, but I needed to hack something together fairly quickly and this is what I've come up with ;)

Here's what it does:

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate deal making area- where one tracks commercial property BUYER parameters and SELLER deal characteristics. Has anyone put together a system that can match-make effectively? Can be in Drupal or can tie into Durpal with PHP/MySQL solution or perhaps an even more eloquent solution. We are just not fond of high cost per user as there may be a number of people accessing this private network.

Hi everybody,
I've created 2 sites for real estate agencies:
www.lmnieruchomosci.pl - low budget one on drupal 4.7
www.rafalko-nieruchomosci.pl - nicer one on drupal 5.1 - work still in progress

Unfortunately both are in polish, but English version is coming soon.
Generally there are few types of ads, like homes, flats, plots etc.
Each ad has its attributes and advanced ajax gallery of images.

We are now looking to kick off the Real Estate Development. We will be most likely start with OpenRealty type of solution.

If anyone has any specific feature requests or sites they like, please add them here to that we can do a study of those.
