I am evaluating Red Hen and looking at numerous aspects of it. One question I have is with relation to the Organizational Role field (as a Select List) under the Organizational Affiliation. The current roles (In the RedHen CRM Pet Shelter demo -- http://localhost:8888/?q=admin/structure/relation/manage/redhen_affiliat...) as set to Admin and Member. However, the big error message says that there is data in the database and the field can't be edited.

私、大学の研究室のページを作ろうとしている者です。
研究室の学生の研究成果を簡単に紹介していくためのページで、基本的な機能はできあがってきているのですが、
「登録したユーザーの情報を自動で生成するページを作れないか」という風に頼まれたことで、現在悩んでいます...。

現状、ユーザーを登録するごとに以下の4つの手順を踏んでいます。
[1]ユーザーを新規登録(プロフィールを入力)
[2]ページを新規作成、URLエイリアスを入力(連番)
[3]プロフィールを表示するブロック、投稿した記事一覧のブロックを作成、
　表示するページを指定
[4]ユーザー一覧ページにて、htmlベタ書きでユーザーを追加

これを、[1]だけの作業で、各ユーザーのページを自動で作成してくれるようなシステムを作りたいのですが、
ユーザー登録のタイミングで新規のページを作成したり、ViewsとPanels、Blockを新規で作ったり...ということをどうやって自動化していいか検討がついていない状況です。
それともテンプレート的なページを作り、URLを見て表示するデータを変えるようにすればいいのでしょうか？

どなたか良いアイディア、方法をご存知の方、ご協力をお願いします！

If I build a site with a feature module that includes permissions and then add a new role to my site, I'll need to recreate that feature to include the updated permissions for my new role? At that point, I've basically forked the original feature module for my own site.

Is it normal to have a feature module, such as a wysiwyg or blog, that is unique for each site? Are most feature modules that are available on d.o. (for example, the Debut modules) just a starting point to create a site-specific version for every site?

When logged in as staff or editor we are getting an white screen, when we try to add content. We get the appropriate administration menu, Add Content>content types show up with links in overlay > click on any content type and we get a url similar to this

add content works - but url issues // http://dev.occupyseattle.org//#overlay=node/add

The next entry to go to create content
blog entry and others do not - http://dev.occupyseattle.org/node/add/blog-entry > white screen, no overlay, no way to enter content

estoy armando una tienda para venta de descarcas con Ubercart y D6, usando el módulo uc_file.

Estoy intentando lograr que cuando un usuario se registre en el sitio, automáticamente se le asigne un rol, se le regale un producto, y le aparezca la descarga en la sección correspondiente.

Con Rules, le asigno el Rol, pero no encuentro la forma de regalar el producto.

Estoy probando varias cosas, por un lado, con rules y una acción PHP intento llamar a la función de uc_file que asigna las descargas manualmente, pero no funciona.

General, the community has no public content
(some public content sites i relaized by an own content type with view-rights also for guests).
Only authentic users can view the content, built with personal blogs and Groups (modul OG).
The profils i have expanded with modul CCK private fields.

I'm discovering Workflow and the possibility and I have a request a bit specific maybe, I would like to know if there is a way to do it with workfklow/rule or if you have some suggestion.

I would like to set permission for field on a content type depending on the role and the workflow status.

I've been trying to find a way to use the Rules module to unpublish all of an author's nodes if his/her role is changed to a non-author role. But I'm having trouble finding the right variables in the rules module.

Anyone have any advice on how to go about getting this set up?

Hello,
I am building a site where a user can have one of two roles or for some user both roles. I would like to have a different profile page based on the role and ideally for those users with two roles, have the two profiles pages in different tabs so that the viewer of the profile can quickly switch between the two profile pages.

I have build the two profile pages using Content Profile / CCK / Panels 3

Now I am running into difficulty on how to actually show two profiles as two pages behind tabs.

Any suggestion welcome!
