Låta anonyma användare infoga innehåll

Tjipp!

På SkrattNet (som jag håller på att föra över till Drupal as we speak) vill jag låta o-inloggade användare skicka in material till webbplatsen (text, film-url:er samt bilder/filer).
Jag vill åstadkomma ett flöde där jag med Workflow/Workbench kan snappa upp inskickat material och skicka det till olika states och därigenom låta andra personer i organisationen jobba vidare med materialet.

Disabling page caching for anonymous visitors who have JavaScript disabled

Our site (http://en.commtap.org), uses a fair amount of JavaScript to modify how its pages are presented according to a visitor's preferences. Unfortunately it appears that a significant number of our visitors don't have JavaScript enabled in their browsers - and do not have the means to enable it - these computers are in primary schools. In this case, the alternative would be for a visitor's preferences to be processed server side when the page is being created in Drupal. This would mean that we would have to turn page caching off, slowing down the delivery of pages for everyone.

Module for multiple Content languages independent from Interface language

Greetings!

I'm wondering if there is a module that allows the users to choose their Interface language (single choice) and Content languages (multiple choice)???
The best example of what I mean can be found on www.reddit.com. I think my attached screenshot visually explains what I'm after.

Anonymous Characters for 5 Second Game

Assuming the administrator gives access, anonymous users may now create and compete with characters at 5 Second Game (which is powered by the module of the same name). Additionally, if an anonymous user registers or logs in, they'll be able to claim that character as their own, allowing for saving any statistics, etc.
