Entre otras cosas, estoy buscando la forma de crear una vista que muestre los registros que coincidan con el contenido de otro campo en específico.

En realidad son varias preguntas en una, pero trataré de explicar el contexto:

Sitio web: Transportistas (se asignan servicios "viajes" a conductores de varios tipos de transporte: Uber, mensajería, turismo, taxi...).

El admin crea un nodo "viaje" con los datos (fecha, hora, origen, destino) que los demás usuarios (conductores) revisarán para elegir los servicios que quieran hacer.

Hi all!
I have now search the internet for about day to try to solve my questions.

I have Drupal 7, Service 3, Services Basic Authentication and have developed my own custom XMLRPC module (hook_xmlrpc). In this module I want to first see that the current users is authenticated. Then I want to retrieve some specific information from the user to be combined in with other information.

I know that the rest of this is working for user.retrieve over xmlrpc with basic authentication works like a charm.

My name is Silver. I am new to Drupal but hope to learn as much as possible from events, books, sites and others.

I have experience in the IT field in support, classroom, software development. I am trying to get more involved in web development so this is how I came to know and learn more about Drupal.

My hope is to be a student and then offer my experiences to all as I go down this new, winding path.

I have all together 4 user roles.
Users of role 1 & 2 will be activated only when administrator approved them after registration.
But users of role 3 & 4 can immediately access the site after registration.

Is there any way to achieve it by existing module ?

I got different user profiles using profile2 module and I'm using drupal 7.15.

Hola a todos , se que esto es fácil para cualquiera que sepa algo de php, pero para mi es extremadamente difícil.
La cuestión es que el usuario se registra y quiero que aparezca su avatar en un bloque a la derecha (lo del bloque es lo de menos seria el codigo, o que filtro deberia de aplicar a la vista) pero no se como se hace . un saludo

I have tried to create a Rule that is triggered when a User changes its email address. In particular I tried the following:

Event: After updating an existing user account
Condition: NOT Data Comparison
Condition parameters: Data to compare: [account-unchanged:mail], Data value: [account:mail]
