Canonical, the makers of Ubuntu, have started an Indiegogo crowd funding campaign for a highly innovative, leading edge technology phone called the Ubuntu Edge. Here's the link.

It'll be a converged device that will act as a PC with Ubuntu OS when connected to a monitor/keyboard. It'll cost $830 dollars but there are still lower priced perks still available.
I think this is an absolutely great idea. I was recently thinking about buying a high end ultra laptop that I can bring to work in order to work on some Drupal stuff. Ubuntu Edge would be a GREAT replacement than this. It will also support and spread OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE!
Anyway, I thought I'd let you know since you guys might be in the same position. Thanks and please spread the info. The Campaign wont go through until it is completely funded. You also get a full refund if the campaign doesn't go through.
