The Vancouver Drupal Users Group (VanDUG) is the local meeting place for Greater Vancouver people interested in Drupal. We were formerly known as the Vancouver League of Drupalers, but that's a long story.
The group mostly hangs out on Slack at https://vandug.slack.com/. We also post our meetings on Meetup.com at https://www.meetup.com/Vancouver-Drupal-Users-Group. All are welcome, it's listed as a private group to keep out the griefers.
We've been holding semi-regular virtual meetings during COVID-19.

I'm heading to Portland on Sunday night for the Lullabot Theming Workshop http://www.lullabot.com/workshop/portland-theming-and-jquery/portland-or... and was wondering if anyone else from Vancouver was going, maybe if we're on the same flight we could split a cab. I'll be staying at the hotel the workshops are at.

need help with theming for Drupal 5.10
Hello everyone,
I need some advice on Theming for Drupal 5.10. My client has requested to have a unique photo in the header of each main content page. This is easy for an HTML site but how do I do this for a Drupal site?
The details:
It's a business brochure site max 10 pages with the basic content pages, Home, About Us, Services, Links, Contact Us.
So each page would have its own static photo in the header.

Topic: We are looking for speakers to talk about Drupal 6. Is it stable enough to use for new commercial projects? Views 2 is in Release Candidate status. What does this mean? What are the advantages and disadvantages of upgrading to Drupal 6? Is there a User Manual available for users for Drupal 6?
These are some of the questions that I have about Drupal 6 and I hope to find some answers here.

If you can walk on the ferries, let me know what your ETA is and i can pick up groups of 6 at a time and shuttle folks to town. I will also be available for transporting people to the ferry at the end of the camp.
