Mission is to make the Cameroonian and CEMAC community using drupal to contribute their knowledge for the benefit of all. We welcome all working with this CMS, to Develop their knowledge as well as to improve their Application development skills by sharing.
As a matter of fact, we would encourage people to use this CMS, so that most web Applications developed, for what ever purpose will be looking pretty including lots of functionalities.

If you happen to be in Yaoundé this Saturday, please come to Palais des Sports for the Free Open Source Software Day (Journée des logiciels libres - entrée gratuite) and attend the free DRUPAL POUR LES NULS (Drupal for Dummies) workshop where you will be free to ask whatever you want about Drupal. We shall answer your questions to the best of our possibilities.
While there, also come and see the tiny (9m²), but hopefully busy, Drupal stand and try to win a Drupal sticker !

The Drupal Cameroon association will have a small stand, but a stand nevertheless (9 square meters !) at the Free Open Source Software Day (Journée du logiciel libre) in Yaoundé's PALAIS DES SPORTS this Saturday (free entrance). We plan demonstrations, slideshows, and due to the help of Karim distribution of some CD containing the last Drupal core, modules and best open source goodies for those do not have easy access to the Internet.
A quiz will be organized and we shall distribute some Drupal stickers to the first winners.
Please come and encourage us.

Which editor ?
Which editor do you use ? Obviously, the editor should be the same under all operating systems we use if we want to be efficient.
SciTE is cute. One can master it in about 5 minutes. It provides syntax colouring and execution from the editor, at least for PHP and HTML (C language seems to be more of a problem, unless I overlooked something :-( ).
Eclipse is wonderfully powerful and can be a real help for fast development. On the other hand, to really master it, weeks or event months may be necessary.
