Monthly meetings
The Central Denver meetup (DBUG) takes place on the 4th Tuesday of the month at Galvanize Denver - Platte.
Individual meetings are posted in this group, as well as on the Drupal Colorado Meetup page. For more information, or if you're interested in speaking, reach out to James Nettik (@jnettik) in the #drupal-colorado Slack Channel.
DrupalCamp Colorado
The DrupalCamp Colorado (DCCO) organizers meet every Monday at 4pm MT. Meeting details and notes are always posted in the issue queue of the DCCO project on drupal.org. Anyone is welcome to join! For more information, reach out to Nick Switzer (@switzern) in the #drupal-colorado Slack channel.

The purpose of this ride is simple: Have fun with the people we see in IRC and DBUG. On bikes! It must be established that this is in no way a race, and should not be treated as a competition. Ride with others as you'd have others ride with you :)

I wanted to create this discussion to get some opinion about best practice for drupal site builders. I recently came across an issue with huge performance issues on node edit pages for a site with a ton of content types, fields, taxonomies, etc... and finally figured out the cause was the token tree being loaded was taking several minutes. A few of the content types use automatic nodetitles module to hide the title so every time I edited one of those content types, the site took forever to render the page.
