DrupalCamp to coincide with SXSW V2V?
During August 11-14 of 2013, Las Vegas will be hosting SXSW V2V, for the first time. Las Vegas Startups has more details. Probably many techies will be in town for that event, which will run Sunday through Wednesday. Hence, the Friday and Saturday just before it might be the ideal time to have the first Las Vegas DrupalCamp?!

Language translation, content showing based on visitors country, region, province, state
So here is the issue at hand. First I have never had to make drupal translate content or show specific content based on the visitors country, region, state or province so I have no idea what I am doing to be honest, with guidance I will learn it very quickly and have it figured out.
The website is already established and live...Yes I know it's easier to do what needs to be done in the beginning before anything else but this was just now laid on my plate.

I've already designed the header and backgrounds. The trouble I am having is with the actual content, whether I need to designate a regions, use views to make it possible or panels. Please give me some ideas on how to build this. I can figure most stuff out but for some reason at the moment I can't wrap my own head around this. This also might be because I work a full time job.
