Hi,

I am using Nice Menu as a Primary Menu. The problem is drop down does not work with IE and Chrome, while with Firefox, it works just fine. The site is http://www.active.com.my

Can someone help me?

I attempted to use Nice Menus

I attempted to use Nice Menus as well but abandoned it in favor of the Superfish menu (module). I still had to tweak some of the css to make it work properly across all of the browsers (the developer helped me with that), but it worked. I vaguely remember hitting some roadblocks with Nice Menus that I couldn't get around.

You can see the superfish menus working on my site (www.scvbj.com). Roll over the Business Resources or Multimedia menus.

I like your implementation of

I like your implementation of the Superfish module. How do you substitute it for the default OP menu?

Also, sometime I'd like to pick your brain on using the carousel.

ithacaindy, feel free to ask

ithacaindy, feel free to ask anytime about the carousel. I basically got the gist of the set up from Rob Feature's Mustard Seed Media's screencast.

I did have some initial issues with the carousel improperly clipping the final images and also, I could not get the jquery easing features working right. I fixed it by going to the dev version of the jcarousel module (that handles the jquery). This fixed both issues. I recently tried to implement it again on another site and am encountering the same issues, so I wouldn't quite call myself the authority on this. : (

yeah. I am interested to know

yeah. I am interested to know how you implement it as well on OP.

I don't recall doing anything

I don't recall doing anything out of the ordinary. I basically installed the module, chose the settings (horizontal orientation, etc...) and tweaked the css to match the site. It was much easier to get working than nice menus.

As I mentioned above, there were some instances where the child menus had alignment issues in different browsers, but I submitted an issue in the queue and the developer helped me with some of the css styling.

i'm using superfish as

i'm using superfish as well.
you can spot it @ http://www.altior.nl/ most menu's are expandable

You need to disable the Openpublish Menu module and add the superfish in your region with context (sitewide)
