A few questions; Logged out blocks, premium content & 'show author'

Hi,

We've got a couple of issues which we're trying to figure out;

  • We placed the user login block sitewide when logged in (obviously!) and it said the standard 'the block doesn't display when on this page'. When we log out we can then see the block ok. The problem is that we don't want it there anymore and we can't remove it. Obviously we can't remove it with 'context editor' as it doesn't display when logged in. We've also tried configuring the block so it doesn't display on any page/user can't see it and it hasn't worked... Any ideas asides from deleting it?

  • Premium Content; We've got this to work ok, however we can't seem to control the length of the 'teaser' which it shows... On two article with the same size body and teaser, on one it will display the first few sentences and on the other it won't display any of the content. Where is this defined from? It seems detached from the 'teaser', which we thought it would be linked to.

  • 'Show Author' on blogs. We chose to hide the author on our blogs as we have guest authors who aren't logged in who's profile we populate. However, even when we choose to not show author on a blog, it still shows 'admin's blog' at the bottom of the page below the (different) author information. Does anybody know what's causing this? It doesn't happen on any other content type...

Thanks alot and thank you Phase2 for a great drupal profile!

I'm having the same issues with the Premium Content -- sometimes it shows the teaser, sometimes it won't. Were you ever able to resolve that issue?

Thanks!
