But I wanted to start a new event post for this so we can make it simple to find the details.

Also please comment below if you want to express any thoughts about volunteering, etc...
I don't know that we will need a full hr tonight. My goal is to form committees that will takle on very specific tasks and run with them.

But it is unlikely I can fit it in last minute. Later this week, esp during the day, would work well.
