There were 10 or 15 last month I think, it is good to get some input on what people want to see and hear about. I was just discussing content on irc with one of the organisers and they wanted to keep some time for people to bring up stuff they are interested in. So yes come along, worst case scenario is you get some free pizza kindly supplied by PW.
Others too, any level. Feel free to ask if there is an area of drupal that you would like to talk about.
